Account Security

Account records, transaction logs, and identity documents are retained for the period required under applicable financial regulation. After that window closes, personal data is securely deleted or anonymised unless an active dispute requires us to keep it.

You may request a full export of the personal data we hold against your account at any time. Submit the request through live chat or email; we fulfil it within 30 days and provide the data in a readable, portable format.

Requesting Changes

To correct inaccurate personal details, request deletion of data we are no longer required to hold, or withdraw consent for non-essential processing, contact us via email with your account ID. We confirm every change in writing within 14 days.

Eligibility and permissible activity depend on the laws of your specific state or territory. It is your responsibility to confirm that opening and using an account on entain.win complies with the laws applicable where you are located.

We may update these terms at any time, but we will notify you by email or in-app message before material changes take effect. Continued use of your account after that notice is treated as acceptance of the revised terms.

A breach may result in suspension or permanent closure of your account, depending on severity. Any funds held in your wallet at the time of closure that are not subject to an active dispute will be returned to your verified UPI or Paytm instrument.

Submit a data-export request through live chat or email, including your account ID. We will prepare a portable copy of all data held against your profile and deliver it within 30 days of receiving your request.

Under our terms, withdrawals are returned to the instrument used for the original deposit — UPI, Paytm, or PhonePe — unless you have contacted support to arrange an alternative that passes our verification checks.

Email us with your account ID, the clause in question, and a brief description of the issue. We log it as a formal case, assign a reference number, and aim to provide a written resolution within five business days.

Records are kept for the retention period required by applicable financial and anti-fraud regulation. After that mandatory window, personal data is securely deleted or anonymised, and we confirm the deletion on request.
